Terms and Conditions
Year Round Deposit To secure your booking, we require a valid credit card payment as the following details:
Deposit
- 25% of the total booking prices
The remaining balance will be payable directly to the hotel upon departure.
Cancellation :
- If the booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be refunded.
- For cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival date, all deposits will be non-refundable.
- No Show, all deposits will be non-refundable.
Refunds :
Refunds will be made in the form of a credit entry to your card account only. All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refund process depends on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 10 - 45 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.
